The TPLR Series 0.7 μm RF Probe Holder offers 20 mm XYZ travel and 0–30 tilt with 0.7 μm positioning accuracy, aerospace-grade aluminum construction, high-resolution micrometer drive, 10 kg magnetic base and optional vacuum adsorption—compatible with mainstream RF probes (300 kHz–300 GHz).
As a core component of the probe station, the probe holder serves as the critical interface between the probe tip and signal cable, providing a conductive path for electrical parameter testing of semiconductor chips.
