The LMT-B series 2D material transfer system is an in-house developed solution tailored to customer applications, specifically designed for the transfer and stacking of low-dimensional van der Waals heterostructures. It is ideal for precise alignment and transfer of monolayer materials such as graphene, molybdenum disulfide (MoS?), and black phosphorus, as well as for the fabrication of multilayer heterojunctions.
The system enables visualized and controllable transfer operations and is composed of: monocular metallurgical microscope; precision temperature control system; vacuum adsorption system; high-precision 4-axis sample stage; 5-axis substrate stage with in-plane large-angle rotation capability
This system is a powerful tool for studying the properties of heterostructures, spatial inversion symmetry breaking, and the effects of different stacking orientations in 2D materials.
