PLCTS Precision Air-Float Vibration Isolation Optical Tables are engineered for high-precision applications requiring superior vibration control. The tabletop features high-permeability SUS430 stainless steel and a triple-layer honeycomb core, offering excellent rigidity, low natural frequency, and industry-leading isolation performance.
The surface is precision-ground (flatness ≤?0.05?mm/m2, roughness <?0.6?μm), with burr-free matte finish and an M6-threaded hole array for easy optical component mounting.
The fully welded support frame (four- or six-leg options) integrates semi-diaphragm air springs and three-point auto-leveling valves for fast, sensitive response and automatic rebalancing under uneven load.
Each leg uses a dual-chamber pneumatic damping structure with FESTO components for reliability. A quiet, high-performance air compressor is included for overall system stability.
