Working Principle: Based on the thermoelectric effect, the device absorbs laser energy to generate heat, which is transferred to both faces of the thermopile. The resulting temperature difference creates a thermoelectric voltage, which the instrument measures to calculate the corresponding laser power. A broadband absorbing coating ensures accurate capture of lasers across a wide wavelength range.
