An integrating sphere, also known as a photometric sphere or luminous flux sphere, is a hollow spherical cavity with its interior coated in a white diffuse reflective material. One or more ports are opened on the sphere wall for light input and sensor placement. The inner wall is coated with ideal diffuse reflective materials, such as foamed PTFE or gold plating, mixed with a binder and sprayed evenly. A magnesium oxide coating, for instance, offers over 99% reflectance in the visible range, ensuring multiple internal reflections and uniform illuminance inside the sphere.

The PLQY-MS series features an integrated L-shaped bracket, with two SMA905 standard fiber ports. Its rotatable sample holder supports multi-angle testing, enhancing accuracy. The removable and customizable cuvette holder is compatible with both powder and liquid samples, making it an ideal solution for fluorescence quantum yield (PLQY) measurements.

The PLQY-MF series adopts a top-open/close design, offering ease of operation. It includes an internal light shield and alignment fixture, with a removable, customizable cuvette holder suitable for both powder and liquid samples, making it widely applicable in fluorescence quantum yield testing.
